DO YOU DELIVER ANYWHERE IN THE UK?

Yes, we deliver anywhere in the UK within 3 working days from dispatch. Our dispatch times are normally 24 hours from order, however we are experiencing some delays due to the Covid 19 Pandemic. We have recently experienced an increase in carriage costs to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, whilst we are trying to cover this in our current prices we may need to increase the shipping costs to certain post codes on smaller orders. We also deliver to most of Europe, if in doubt about your location for delivery just ask on chat or send us an email. We will always do our best to help! For Bike delivery we use a specialist courier service which is fully insured and tracked. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please review our returns policy in full from our main menu. In summary we offer a 30 day return policy for all items that are unused and in the original packaging. Please contact customer services should you require to return an item. You must cover the return postage ensuring a signature service is used by your carrier or postal service. Refunds are made via the same method you used to pay. This does not apply to the Pre-Loved section as no returns are possible on second-hand items. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We offer payment by PayPal, Laybuy, ClearPay and all major credit cards, all information is secure and fully encrypted. We can arrange an invoice and payment by TT or Bank Transfer if this is required for your larger business purchases. Laybuy and ClearPay allow you to pay in interest free instalments. 

WHICH DELIVERY SERVICE DO YOUR USE?

We use multiple carriers for deliveries depending on the stock location and the delivery location. All our prices include delivery for orders of £20.00 or more and we aim to use the most efficient and cost effective method to get your purchases to you on time and in perfect condition. We also want to help the environment by packaging your deliveries into one rather than multiple separate orders which can sometimes add an extra day to dispatch times.
